Understand our guidelines regarding account registration and services.
Word Power & Quiz Master provides free account registration and basic access to quiz modules. Since standard participation does not require any mandatory purchase fee, refund queries typically do not apply for free accounts.
In the event that any paid digital service, premium course material, or advanced feature package is introduced or purchased, all sales are considered final once the digital access or content is unlocked.
If you encounter a technical failure, accidental duplicate transaction, or billing error during any optional paid feature activation, please contact our support team within 48 hours with transaction proofs. Valid claims will be verified and processed accordingly.
For any questions related to billing, transaction issues, or account assistance, please reach out to us through the Contact Support page.
